Drawn

Like magnets we are drawn to people and places

that will complete us in some special way.

"As I live each day may I do my part

to make one difference, to touch one heart,

And through each day may it be my goal

to encourage one mind and inspire one soul."

If I have brought a gleam of light

To cheer a darkened day,

If I held out a friendly hand

To help along the way.

Then in these acts of kindness done

It is not me you see,

But glimpses of that Loving One

Who chose to dwell in me.
